Job title: Territory Sales Executive - Electronics
About the Role Territory Sales Executive - Electronics will drive sales performance within an assigned territory by building strong channel relationships, executing territory plans, and supporting customer adoption of Copeland solutions. This role emphasizes disciplined execution, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent demand generation across the territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional contractors within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and manage the Retail quote and tender inbox, supply accurate and on time quotes to contractors and retailers, for both Ref/HVAC and lighting projects providing electronics solutions.
- Proactively cover top contractors in assigned territory and educate them on Copeland portfolio as influencers in the sales process.
- Implement channel strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
- Negotiate and manage agreements, pricing, and performance metrics with contractors.
- Carry out Sales calls and meet with the large ANZ contractor base, to strengthen and deepen relationships.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support customer needs and market initiatives.
- Deliver product and application training to contractors to support adoption and preference.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast information in CRM systems.
- Travel up to approximately 20-30% is expected.
What We're Looking For
- Degree, diploma, or technical qualification in HVAC/R, Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HVACR.
- Experience in Electronics in HVAC/R; experience with CRM and forecasting.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment – sponsorship will not be provided.
