About the Role A Part-Time Territory Sales Associate in Gastonia, NC, representing Hershey brands in a remote field role. This position requires traveling to store locations within the assigned territory, with mileage reimbursed, to ensure strong merchandising and product availability across accounts. The role supports flexible scheduling and involves visiting multiple stores each day.

What You'll Do

• Sell and ensure best-in-class merchandising across assigned accounts, including building displays, increasing distribution of top-selling items, and replenishing permanent secondary displays.
• Travel to 6-10+ accounts per day within the territory; manage your routing and schedule; drive your personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed.
• Represent Hershey professionally, collaborate with store personnel, and execute merchandising priorities to maximize in-store impact.
• Maintain merchandising standards and report results to the Territory Sales team; adapt to a flexible, Continuous Part-Time schedule (20-25 hours per week).
• Travel distance expected is approximately 55 miles per day, with mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.
