About the Role A Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) role with Hershey is designed for relationship-minded individuals to apply selling skills while representing leading brands. This remote position involves travel to store locations within the assigned territory and delivering strong merchandising and distribution. What You'll Do
- Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all products within the assigned territory.
- Build displays, increase distribution of top-selling items, and replenish permanent secondary displays to ensure best-in-class merchandising.
- Visit 6-10+ accounts per day, with travel by personal vehicle.
- Drive your own vehicle about 55 miles per day within the territory; mileage reimbursed at $0.62 per mile.
- Coordinate with store decision makers; schedule flexible work within core hours. What We're Looking For

- Comfortable traveling to store locations; remote role.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule (20-25 hours per week) with core hours 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday.

- Hourly starting rate: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.62 per mile for travel within assigned territory.
