Job title: Territory Marketer

About the Role Territory Marketer to prospect in assigned neighborhoods, conduct independent canvassing, and drive results for Renewal by Andersen in Conway, NH. This role focuses on meeting sales objectives through direct homeowner outreach and collaboration with leadership to execute territory marketing plans.

What You'll Do

• Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
• Represent the company professionally while engaging with homeowners and community members in assigned territories.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through respectful communication and effective issue resolution.
• Partner with leadership to execute territory marketing plans and maintain regular communication on business priorities.
• Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
• Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
• Conduct daily canvassing activities within assigned territories, averaging a minimum of six hours in the field.
• Participate in monthly team canvassing efforts and ongoing collaboration with fellow marketers.
• Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory.
• Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
• Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.

• Ability to follow established processes and marketing methodologies consistently.
• Sales driven mentality.
• Ability to walk, stand, carry up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions; required.
• Valid US Driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20 hourly with weekly/monthly performance-based bonus potential.
