About the Role The Territory Manager will drive the sales strategy and achieve business goals within a designated region by executing the product management team's plans, gathering customer feedback, and providing insights for new product development. The role focuses on building relationships with key opinion leaders, monitoring prescription trends, and organizing CME activities to bolster the company's brand image. What You'll Do
- Promote the new product and execute the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy, analyze market trends, consult with doctors on product potential, and relay feedback to the PMT.
- Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies to support a successful product launch.
- Manage primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies; participate in monthly reviews to assess coverage, SOP adherence, and expenses to meet area/product targets.
- Build and manage customer relationships using Infoginip; classify customers by potential, tailor meeting frequency, and track ROI per customer.
- Meet KOLs/KEL regularly and encourage CME participation; collect interest areas of customers and hospitals and conduct CMEs.
- Prepare product matrices based on doctor potential and needs; update data on doctors, chemists, and RCPA via palm top to Unnati portal to keep stakeholders up to date. What We're Looking For
- Educational qualification: Graduate with science background; minimum 6 months of pharmaceutical sales experience; basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing.
- Technical skills: Experience in implementing and analyzing sales & marketing strategies; basic computer knowledge.
- Behavioral skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Nice to Have
