Job title: Territory Manager
About the Role The Territory Manager will develop and increase sales within their geographic area, build long-term relationships with central and local resellers and end customers, and strengthen Nilfisk’s brand and product knowledge. The role aims to help our dealers achieve profitable sales and ensure customers receive the right product solutions. You will actively manage both end customers and dealers, collaborating with reseller sales organizations in end-customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-customer engagement in collaboration with dealers and increase our joint business
- Actively take orders for Nilfisk products from customers with strong product knowledge
- Ensure Nilfisk product knowledge at end customers and with central and local resellers
- Conduct active sales, product demonstrations, and trainings for central and local resellers and end customers, including our autonomous cleaning solutions
- Conduct product trainings and information sessions with local and central reseller sales organizations
- Present news and product updates and promote campaigns
- Ensure a relevant in-store assortment of machines and accessories and optimize product placement
- Maintain close dialogue with team colleagues and the national KAM organization on developing end-customer sales
- Provide ongoing reporting of completed and planned customer visits in Salesforce CRM
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales with a track record of territory growth
- Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with dealer networks
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate value to end customers and partners
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proactive reporting
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to collaborate with central and local resellers and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with autonomous cleaning solutions
- Knowledge of Nilfisk products and the professional cleaning equipment market
