About the Role The Territory Manager will drive sales growth and account service for assigned and potential customers in the Columbia, SC region. The role focuses on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and negotiating long-term supply agreements. You will support marketing plans and product launches while ensuring accurate account setup and pricing data. What You'll Do
- Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers
- Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships
- Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, onsite and via phone
- Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities
- Enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions
- Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
- Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements
- Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5-7 years of sales experience
- Prior sales success and defined sales process
- Industrial gas experience and welding experience preferred; Oil & Gas industry experience a plus
- High School Diploma/GED (minimum) Nice to Have

- Oil & Gas industry exposure Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
