About the Role The Territory Manager will drive sales strategy in the designated region, execute product management plans, and gather customer feedback to inform new product development. The role focuses on building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), monitoring market trends and prescription patterns, and organizing CME events to bolster the company's brand image. What You'll Do
- Promote the new product and execute the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy, analyze market trends, consult with doctors on new product potential, and relay feedback to the Product Management Team. Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies to support a successful product launch.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensure doctor- and product-specific sales objectives are met, and participate in monthly review meetings to assess coverage, SOP adherence, and expense management to achieve area/product targets.
- Focus on customer relationship management using Infoginip; classify customers by potential, determine meeting frequency, and track ROI per customer to foster loyalty.
- Meet with KOLs and key business leaders (KELs) frequently and pursue CME collaborations; collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals and conduct CMEs on those topics.
- Prepare product matrices based on doctor potential and preference; update data on chemists, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm-top to the Unnati portal to ensure stakeholders access the latest information. What We're Looking For
- Educational qualification: Graduate with science background.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in pharmaceutical sales.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing; experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies; basic computer knowledge.
