Job title: Territory Manager- Campania
About the Role
As a Solventum Territory Manager, you will drive sales and demand generation for Solventum's medical device solutions in Operating Rooms, ICUs, and Oncology settings across Public and Private Hospitals. This role combines strategic account planning with hands-on execution to expand adoption of our portfolio while collaborating with clinical, procurement, and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage
- Manage the entire tender process, in close collaboration with Bid Office
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution
- Analyze Sales, Market and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the own sales plan
- Drive utilization of the Solventum product portfolio according to the planned product mix objective
- Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers (from physicians to procurement and from top-management to nurses)
- Support product testing and demo, in collaboration with Clinical Specialist
- Participate in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc)
- Use Evidence-Based approach in the sales calls (Scientific Studies, Health Economics, etc)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Business or Clinical is preferred)
- 5+ years of sales experience in the medical devices market
- Strong knowledge of hospital tender-driven mechanisms/dynamics
- Value-selling skills
- Good presentation and networking skills
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Travel flexibility to cover the Campania region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Remote work capability in the Campania region
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the region
- CCNL level C1 classification under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Industria)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: €44,800 - €61,600 per year (annual target total cash compensation, subject to program terms)
