Califa Sky Cleaning is seeking a Mid-Senior level Territory Manager to oversee a sales territory in the Birmingham, AL area. This is a full-time role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the defined region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a sales territory in the Birmingham area and surrounding markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and prospects to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute region-specific strategies and campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and qualification.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and tactics.
What We're Looking For
- Mid-Senior level experience in territory management or field sales (experience in retail or cleaning services is a plus).
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in the Birmingham, AL area and travel within the territory as needed.
