About the Role The Associate Territory Manager for Poland will support BioMarin’s commercial goals in Poland under the guidance of the Sales Lead-Associate Director EEC, focusing on key customers and driving sales, market access and educational initiatives in a remote capacity. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement integrated account plans for key customers aligned with Business Plan
- Provide professional representation at medical meetings and conferences
- Become an expert in clinical data and BioMarin messages and articulate their significance
- Achieve sales, penetration and patient objectives on quarterly and annual bases
- Contribute to the definition of strategy, goals, forecast and budget in the country
- Collaborate in strategy development to maximize country goals, developing competencies and processes as required
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers/stakeholders in the territory
- Work collaboratively with Central Functions as appropriate
- Report adverse events or safety information per company standards
- Distribute educational materials to Healthcare Professionals
- Educate HCPs on BioMarin educational materials
- Document distribution and receipt of materials by HCPs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Lead-Associate Director EEC What We're Looking For
- Pharmacist, MD or BS/BA degree in life sciences
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
- Experience in innovative product areas; hospital drugs in specialist indications preferred
- Experience with rare diseases highly desirable
- Strong English and local language communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for sales, marketing and pharmacovigilance
- Flexible, dedicated, and customer-oriented with strong communication
- Ability to discuss problems and solutions with KOLs and scientific societies
- Knowledge of Rare Disease space is an advantage
- Mobility to travel up to 70% of working time
- Car driving license
- Ability to work well in a team and independently Nice to Have
