As Territory Manager and Agency Administrator, you will act as the market leader for your territory—responsible for growth, day-to-day operations, and overall P&L performance within Honor’s Owned & Operated business. You will serve as a steward of the brand, strengthening performance, increasing community presence, and unlocking the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role that blends business development, market execution, and leadership of your team. You will lead from the front—personally building referral relationships, driving territory growth, and owning the operation—while laying the foundation to scale the market over time. You will operate in a lean market environment, taking ownership of outcomes and working with partners and cross-functional stakeholders while setting a high bar for performance.
