About the Role The Territory Account Manager will expand market share for Paragonix Product & Service portfolio by promoting, selling, and servicing within the assigned territory across VA, DC, and MD. This in-person field role requires building and maintaining relationships with transplant professionals and hospital leadership to improve donor organ quality and transport times, while meeting or exceeding quota. What You'll Do
- Promote and sell Paragonix products and services in the assigned territory; aim for 100% quota attainment monthly, quarterly, and annually; maintain and grow ASP; increase market share QoQ and YoY.
- Differentiate Paragonix products & services from standard of care and competitors.
- Call on adult and pediatric transplant surgeons, medical directors, transplant physicians, fellows, transplant administration, C-suite and OPOs.
- Develop and leverage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the transplant ecosystem (Surgeons, Medical Directors, Fellows, Administrators, Coordinators, Buyers, and OPOs).
- Differentiate Paragonix products by discussing clinical data; conduct in-services & training; attend local, regional, and national conferences; support cases regularly.
- Cross-sell Paragonix full product portfolio.
- Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to Area leadership.
- Maintain and track field inventory and facilitate efficient customer inventory; coordinate with AP on past-due items.
- Comply with all corporate policies; maintain administrative functions such as expense reports, utilization of CRM, and lead follow-up in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clinical, services, and internal teams to achieve company objectives.
- Travel domestically and/or internationally up to 60% and be available after-hours and on-call in the 24-7 transplant space.
- Physically capable of field duties (carrying bulky items, standing for extended periods, operating in high-stress environments such as operating rooms). What We're Looking For
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree (A./B.S.)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of disposables medical device sales experience; transplant and physician preference items preferred
- Outside sales remote position with expectations of regular in-person customer interactions
- Must be willing to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 60% of the time
- Must be available after-hours and, at times, formally on-call
- Excellent Sales, Relationship Building, Communication, Listening, Organization, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration skills Nice to Have
- Experience with transplant devices and physician preference items (PPI) preferred Compensation & Benefits
- US BASED SALARY: $85k-$90k base; Total compensation range $300,000-$360,000 based on quota attainment
