About the Role The Territory Account Executive represents Crest and Oral-B and the broader Procter & Gamble Company to Dental Health Professionals. This field-based sales role focuses on driving usage and recommendations among Dental Health Professionals in your assigned territory, collaborating with your manager to develop and implement strategies that deliver sales and volume targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies and business plans with your manager to achieve sales and volume targets.
- Sell to Dental Health Professionals in your assigned territory and drive usage and recommendations for Crest and Oral-B.
- Build product knowledge, persuasive selling skills, and provide technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to ensure customer success and resolve issues.
- Manage time and travel to maximize field activity and coverage.

- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet.
- Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background.
- Experience in healthcare and beauty care product sales or qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist (preferred, but not required).
Nice to Have
- Experience in Dental/Oral care sales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales, or Consumer Goods sales.
- Science background (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
- Total rewards include salary plus bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
