- Accept and abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when using the NEOGOV Services and associated Websites.
- If you access the Services under a paid subscription, the Customer Contract terms govern your use and access.
- If you access the SaaS Application on behalf of a Customer, you must be authorized; you are responsible for actions performed on your registered account, including any procurement or disclosure of data.
- If you are invited to the SaaS Application, the administrator controls your access, permissions, and management of third-party integrations.
- Content you submit may be retained, accessed, used, modified, shared, or removed by the administrator of the SaaS Application.
- Your account may be managed by the entity that owns the email domain used to register.
- You agree that your information is accurate and you consent to actions taken consistent with the Privacy Policy.
- NEOGOV may revise the Terms of Use from time to time; changes are effective immediately and apply to all access and use thereafter.
- You are expected to read the Terms of Use carefully before using the Services. What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Access to the Services may be restricted by country; if you access from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
- If using the Services on behalf of a Customer, you must be authorized to act on their behalf.
- You acknowledge that your data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Familiarity with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is relevant to use of the Services. Nice to Have
