Tenant Services Representative, Woodbury, Long Island, NY
Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a growing real estate organization seeking a personable, professional and customer-oriented Tenant Services Representative to join its team. The Tenant Services Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, resolving account-related matters, and supporting day-to-day property operations in a fast-paced environment.
As the Tenant Services Representative, you will:
- Serve as a primary contact for residents regarding account questions, service requests, and general support needs
- Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment concerns, and record maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure information is updated across internal systems
- Coordinate move-in and move-out administrative processes, including required documentation and account follow-up
- Work closely with property management, accounting, and operations teams to support resident needs
- Prepare reports, organize documentation, and assist with various administrative projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, property management, administrative support, or a related field

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other office applications

Experience with property management software is a plus

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
