Job Description RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established consulting engineering firm, is seeking a qualified Temporary Works Engineer / Site Representative to join a bridge project in the Eastern Cape for an initial period of 12–24 months.
Requirements
- BSc/BEng/BTech/BEngTech in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-professional registration experience.
- Proven experience in bridge design and construction site supervision.
- Experience in temporary works design, assessment or supervision will be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering construction practices and structural works.
- Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers and the wider project team in a site-based environment.
