Position Summary
The Temporary Technology Trainer will support the organization's ongoing digital transformation initiatives by delivering clear, practical, and engaging training for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, and other business technologies as needed. The position will help employees transition from Cisco Webex to Microsoft Teams, build confidence using Copilot, and provide responsive ad hoc training when departments request support.
This individual will train employees across the company, including administrative, operational, technical, and leadership audiences. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can explain technology in plain language, adapt training to different skill levels, and create reusable materials that support long-term adoption.
