About the Role The Sales Support Associate helps drive store success by delivering friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and ensuring a well-maintained sales floor. This role supports product flow from receipt to sale and upholds brand standards in a fast-paced boutique environment. What You'll Do
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement in the local market.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team/management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines. What We're Looking For
- 1+ year retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition; up-to-date with marketplace.
- Knowledge of cash register systems; basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); use of walkie talkie; read price/product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
