Roles broadly involve research support, data management and analyses, and operational/technical assistance across departments.

What You'll Do

• Support research study design, data management, and analyses for grant and investigator-initiated projects (RUBIES).
• Provide research assistance for projects related to sexual and reproductive health (Urban-Global Public Health) under supervision of Dr. Laura Lindberg.
• Assist with research focusing on porphyria models using zebrafish and mice (CABM).
• Support day-to-day theatre wardrobe operations, including building costumes according to design and assisting in costume shop workflows.
• Provide supervisory and administrative support for health-care staff and operations (Department Nurse Manager and Program Administrator of Operations) and help develop efficient workflows.
• Perform general coordination and support tasks for institutional planning and operations units (IP&O) and related units.

• Strong quantitative and communication skills, with ability to contribute to study design, data management, and data analyses.
• Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams and campuses, and to support a range of research and operational activities.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in health-related research, clinical operations, or theatre/production support may be beneficial depending on the role.
