About the Role Temporary eCommerce Photo Publisher responsible for ensuring the website imagery aligns with Fashion Nova's brand, maintaining high quality and consistency for daily product launches. You will be the last point of approval before photos publish, collaborating with Studio, Retouching, Merchandising and Creative teams to publish on-brand imagery.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Studio and Retouching to select, retouch, and upload items photographed daily.
• Ensure final images reflect brand aesthetics and meet quality standards to maximize sales.
• Publish Editorial PDP images for campaign launches and manage image publishing across platforms to hit daily KPI goals.
• Communicate with Sample, Photography, and Styling teams about color corrections, item descriptions, reshoots, and styling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Creative teams to go live at scheduled times and ensure correct lead images.
• Maintain a consistent publishing pace with the Studio and track styles shot using multiple upload platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in eCommerce or studio environments preferred.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Netsuite; familiarity with Creative Force a plus.
• Interest or experience with emerging AI tools and technologies is a plus.
• Experience in fashion and selling consumer products online is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible, adaptable, proactive, and highly organized.
• Keen eye for detail and understanding of retouching/editing photos and styling; strong communication, deadlines, and teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent; working English; additional language a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures; familiarity with corporate visual merchandising standards.
• Knowledge of latest fashion trends and forecasting.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills; open to constructive feedback.
