About this role
The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for roles across the US market.
- Conduct proactive candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Apply Boolean search techniques and alternative sourcing methods to identify hard-to-find talent.
- Review profiles and assess candidates against role requirements, including relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and follow-up communications.
- Partner with US-based recruiters to understand hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and align sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, sourcing activity, and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor sourcing metrics, pipeline conversion, and candidate engagement to continuously improve results.
- Stay up to date on talent market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability across the US.
Requirements

2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or full-cycle recruitment.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

Experience sourcing candidates for the US market is highly preferred.

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
