Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions.

• Sales & Promotion: Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, savings accounts) to meet targets.

• Transaction Processing:Accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and payments.

• Customer Service:Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products.

• Risk Management:Adhere to regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize losses.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: OND upper credit only.

• Experience: Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service.

• Skills:High attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.

• AGE: Maximum of 27 years old.

• Salary / Benefits

• N150,000 monthly.
