About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Tellers, through conversations with clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent in-person client service to both new and existing clients at the Bank.
- Assist clients with account transactions and servicing needs.
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues in a timely manner.
- Listen to clients to uncover financial needs and transition them to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and identify client financial needs.
- Comfort resolving servicing issues and handling inquiries.
- Ability to work in-person in Clinton, NY and support KeyBank communities.
- Team player with problem-solving mindset.
