About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs. You listen to uncover financial needs and guide clients toward a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients and assisting with account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness discussions.
