About the Role HelloRache is seeking a Teller for Capital Credit Union in Sturgeon Bay, WI. This onsite, full-time role focuses on assisting members, processing transactions, and balancing the cash drawer, while researching account issues and promoting credit union products.
What You'll Do
- Assist members with transactions and questions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately
- Balance cash drawer and maintain financial accuracy
- Research and resolve account issues and inquiries
- Promote and explain credit union products and services
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–6 months teller or banking experience
- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and office equipment
Nice to Have
- Experience using online computer terminals, core banking systems, email, and common office equipment (coin processing machine, adding machine, copier, fax machine)
