Job Position: Telesales Officer Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite, with Shifts

Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads to achieve sales targets.
Engage customers, close sales, provide application support, and maintain existing customer relationships.
Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, loan processing, and other customer requests within agreed service standards.
Process loan transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting assigned KPIs and performance targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs, products, and processes to support business improvement.

B.Sc. Degree in any field.
0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, customer acquisition, or related sales roles will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Morning, day, afternoon, and evening shifts.
Evening shifts will operate on a work-from-home basis.
Candidates may be required to work on Saturdays, depending on their assigned shift.
