Responsibilities

Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to and from prospective students who are looking for learning information about EF Adults through online channels (websites, social media or other media)

Fulfilling the target of attending consultation invitations per month,

Meet the target calls per day

Operating Sales force and Quiros systems for administration in the calling process
