About this role
The work
You will help evaluate and improve AI-generated content for workplace communication and customer outreach. Your feedback will show whether responses are accurate, useful, clear, and consistent with professional telemarketing practices.
You will work independently on asynchronous projects involving sales conversations, customer questions, product explanations, prospect reactions, follow-up contacts, appointments, and market surveys.
- Create prompts based on realistic telemarketing tasks, customer interactions, sales conversations, and outreach situations.
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and fit with professional telemarketing work.
- Give structured feedback to help AI models better understand workplace language and processes.
- Assess how responses handle customer information, pricing questions, follow-up, appointments, and surveys.
- Identify responses that do not address customer needs or the intended outreach goal.
What it pays and takes
This is temporary, project-based contract work with flexible part-time participation. Prior AI experience is not required.
- Pay: Up to $60 per hour.
- Schedule: Flexible, with a requirement of 20 or more hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
- Experience: At least four years in telemarketing or related telephone-based sales and outreach work.
- Skills: Explaining products or services, answering customer questions, and delivering or adapting sales scripts.
- Skills: Recording customer details, managing contact or order records, and following up with prospects.
- Helpful experience: Scheduling appointments, conducting client or market surveys, requesting donations, handling customer correspondence, working with prospect lists, or adapting outreach to individual needs.
- Requirements: Clear, structured communication and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous setting.
