About the Role
- We are expanding our Telesales Department and are looking for confident, driven, and articulate individuals to join our team as Contract Staff – Telemarketers.
- If you have excellent communication and persuasion skills, enjoy engaging with customers over the phone, and can confidently promote products or services to drive sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in telesales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Meet daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our database.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak Hausa fluently is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal software systems.
- A positive, results-driven attitude.
- For Interns: A strong desire to learn and build a career in sales and customer service.
- For Contract Staff: Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
