Tek Leaders Inc. is looking for a seasoned Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help shape and guide the development of AI-powered solutions for telecom clients. This role bridges telecom domain expertise with AI product strategy to address real-world challenges in network operations, customer experience, and business optimization.

Responsibilities

• Translate telecom domain knowledge into business requirements and solution designs.
• Act as a telco domain expert across:
• Network planning and optimization (4G/5G, RF, SON)
• Subscriber analytics and churn prediction
• BSS/OSS processes and integration
• Call centre transformation and GenAI use cases
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define AI/ML use cases grounded in telecom operations.
• Identify and validate relevant telecom datasets for model development.
• Support GTM initiatives with industry-relevant demos, whitepapers, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on telecom trends, regulations, and technologies to drive roadmap and innovation.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in the telecom industry across both technical (network, OSS/BSS) and business domains (CX, marketing, operations).

• In-depth knowledge of telco systems, KPIs, network technologies (LTE, 5G, fiber), and data sources (CDRs, probes, CRM).

• Proven experience with AI-driven digital transformation initiatives in telecom.

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex telecom concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in product or consulting environments.
