Job Description Call Handling: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally. Guest Requests: Assist with guest inquiries, wake-up calls, and message delivery. Communication: Relay information to departments and staff accurately. Documentation: Maintain call logs and service requests. Support: Assist with emergency communication procedures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
- Clear communication and telephone etiquette.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
