Overview
Inguest Global Partners Limited is seeking a Tele-Collector to support customer acquisition, grow retail banking business, and recover overdue loan payments.
Responsibilities
- • Drive customer acquisition and grow retail banking volumes through opening different types of accounts.
- • Contact customers with overdue loan payments via telephone or other electronic channels.
- • Negotiate repayment plans and settlement offers to resolve delinquent accounts.
- • Follow up daily on promises to pay (PTP) through calls and emails.
- • Accurately document collection efforts and customer interactions in collection reports.
Requirements

- • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- • Must have completed NYSC.
- • Customer-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering valuable products.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to develop solutions and recommendations.
- • Ability to collaborate with product and engineering leadership to support platform development.
