About the Role Tehničko usmjeravanje (struka) fokuserano je na tehničko usmjeravanje i rad s ciljnim skupinama te podršku projektima diljem Hrvatske. Kandidat mora pokazati visoku razinu samostalnosti, organiziranosti i proaktivnosti te razvijenu komunikaciju. Pozicija zahtijeva aktivno korištenje engleskog jezika uz vještine rada u MS Office i AutoCAD te spremnost na često putovanje, rad u uredu i na terenu (50:50). What You'll Do
- Provide technical direction in field settings and coordinate with stakeholders and partners
- Engage with targeted groups and support project implementation
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and field teams; prepare reports and documents using MS Office and AutoCAD
- Travel frequently across Croatia and work both in the office and on-site as required
- Maintain professional communication and presentations What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with target groups
- High level of independence, organizational skills and proactivity
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in English and active use in daily work
- Proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Willingness to travel frequently and work across Croatia (50:50 office/field) Compensation & Benefits
