About the Role The Junior Technician role supports clinical studies involving medications, health products and cosmetics. You will help coordinate regulatory and operational documentation, assist with data collection and sample handling, and contribute to ensuring study integrity.
What You'll Do
- Support the conduction of clinical studies with medications, health products and cosmetics
- Welcome and guide study participants per the protocol
- Prepare, organize and file regulatory and operational study documentation
- Complete CRFs and other clinical documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Tabulate, review and validate collected data
- Manage study follow-up spreadsheets and timelines
- Assist with document corrections with investigators
- Support receipt and organization of samples
- Perform other technical and administrative activities in the department
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting clinical studies and data documentation; familiarity with CRFs
- Ability to coordinate with investigators and participants, and maintain regulatory files
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a regulated environment
- Willingness to take on varied administrative and technical tasks
