About the Role Join ZF as a Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales at the Olvega plant to help implement and maintain an EHS management system aligned with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and ZF standards, ensure legal compliance, and drive EHS risk reduction and training. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and communicate legal and other EHS requirements, actively supporting implementation.
- Develop and maintain an EHS management system based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ZF standards.
- Lead the EHS risk assessment and reduction processes, including accident prevention programs.
- Lead continuous EHS improvement initiatives.
- Establish and implement EHS training programs and deliver trainings.
- Ensure timely EHS reporting and KPI presentation.
- Coordinate within the EHS group/regional/divisional functions.
- Interact with the Safety and Health Committee and competent authorities. What We're Looking For
- Spanish Título Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales with specializations in Safety and Ergonomics.

3 years of professional experience in a similar EHS role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for EHS.
