We're hiring a Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers an onsite schedule.
Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

- Knowledge of diagnostic testing
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and provide customer technical support for the application
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
- Ensure application users have a positive experience
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear guidance and document solutions

The ideal candidate will have strong technical support skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. They should be adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in diagnostic testing is highly valued

The hourly rate for this position is $27.11.
