About the Role As a Technology Strategy Manager/Sr. Manager you will advise clients in the Products industry on technology strategies to help them achieve their vision and operational goals, partnering with senior executives. You will articulate a technology vision, shape how technology enables business strategies, and drive transformations that unlock value and growth. What You'll Do
- Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite, defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
- Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
- Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment of current technology footprint.
- Drive strategic opportunities that incorporate innovative technology solutions into broader business transformations.
- Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies.
- Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets presenting innovative insights, guidance, and recommendations on market-relevant technology strategy.
- Pressure-test assumptions and AI-generated insights; validate AI-assisted analysis with logic and domain knowledge.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis; exercise critical judgement to know when AI outputs are directionally useful vs unreliable.
- As a Manager/Sr. Manager, lead teams and projects; build relationships with senior clients (including emerging C-suite relationships) and act as a trusted advisor; drive collaboration and client outcomes.
- Support business development, shaping proposals and SOWs; facilitate to drive results and consensus; travel as needed. What We're Looking For
- Manager: minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience; at least 5 years in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value/cost take-out, or tech-driven revenue growth strategy; at least 5 years of experience writing business cases; at least 2 years of leading small teams; Bachelor's degree.
- Senior Manager: minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience; at least 6 years in at least two of: operating model strategy, technology in M&A, tech value/cost take-out, or technology-driven revenue growth; at least 6 years writing business cases; at least 5 years leading large teams; Bachelor's degree.
- Bonus Points: Life Sciences or Industrials industry experience; comfortable using AI tools for research, synthesis, and analysis; ability to evaluate AI outputs critically; MBA or equivalent graduate degree; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to mentor junior members and develop them for more responsibility; demonstrated ability to drive insights using data models and visualization tools.
