About the Role Accenture is seeking a technically fluent, AI-savvy recruiter to own full-lifecycle hiring for competitive AI talent segments, including Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles. You will be a true talent advisor, delivering market intelligence, rigorous candidate assessments, and a fast, respectful candidate experience as part of the Corporate Growth Services team. What You'll Do
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing real-time AI market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Lead full-lifecycle technical searches—from talent mapping to offer negotiation and close, including posting requisitions in Workday
- Build and maintain pipelines for scarce AI talent using diverse channels (employee referrals, social media, GitHub, OSS mining, forums, etc.)
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore) to boost sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity
- Deliver a fast, transparent, candidate-centric experience at every stage; manage scheduling, provide timely feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding hand-off
- Provide structured feedback to hiring managers within SLAs and maintain data-driven dashboards for pipeline visibility and time-to-fill metrics in Workday
- Ensure compliant, responsible use of AI throughout recruiting; collaborate with workforce planning and onboarding teams to align activity with talent goals What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years' experience delivering full-lifecycle recruitment for technical talent
- At least 1 year sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles
- At least 1 year hands-on experience using AI sourcing tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore, or equivalent)
- Travel up to 10%; hybrid work arrangement; in-office 1–2 times per month Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated track record leading complex technical searches in competitive markets
- AI certifications and prior Professional Services or Management Consulting experience
- Advanced experience with Workday, HiredScore, Paradox, HackerRank
