About the Role Accenture is seeking a technically fluent, AI-savvy recruiter to own full-lifecycle hiring for competitive AI talent segments, including Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles. You will be a true talent advisor, delivering market intelligence, rigorous candidate assessments, and a fast, respectful candidate experience as part of the Corporate Growth Services team. What You'll Do
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing real-time AI market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Lead full-lifecycle technical searches—from talent mapping to offer negotiation and close, including posting requisitions in Workday
- Build and maintain pipelines for scarce AI talent using diverse channels (employee referrals, social media, GitHub, OSS mining, forums, etc.)
