A fast-growing technology company delivering cloud-native solutions, AI-powered products, and data-driven platforms for enterprise and financial services clients across Nigeria and Africa is seeking a dynamic Technology Project Manager & Business Development Manager. This hybrid role in Lagos State combines leading Agile technology delivery with driving client acquisition and managing strategic digital transformation projects to support growth and client success.
- Lead Agile technology delivery across projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive client acquisition and business development efforts to expand the company’s enterprise and financial services client base.
- Manage strategic digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology solutions with client goals and regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions for banks, fintechs, insurance companies, or PFAs.
- Engage with stakeholders, maintain strong client relationships, and manage expectations through clear communication and proactive risk management.
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and governance, leveraging Agile frameworks and tools to track progress and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Technology Project Management, or Program Management.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Strong experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Experience delivering technology solutions for banks, fintechs, insurance companies, or PFAs.
- Knowledge of CBN regulations, NIBSS integration, and Nigeria’s financial services ecosystem.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Exposure to AI/ML, cloud technologies, or data engineering projects.
