A Technology Project Manager & Business Development Manager role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, offering a hybrid work arrangement. This position combines project leadership for technology initiatives with driving business development, client engagement, and strategic growth within the financial services ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology projects and programs, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client base and deepen relationships with banks, fintechs, insurers, and PFAs.
- Foster strong stakeholder management and maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions for financial services clients, leveraging agile ways of working.
- Drive engagement through opportunities in AI/ML, cloud technologies, or data engineering projects where applicable.
- Ensure compliance and alignment with relevant regulatory frameworks and integration requirements within Nigeria’s financial services ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Technology Project Management, or Program Management.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Strong experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Experience delivering technology solutions for banks, fintechs, insurance companies, or PFAs.
- Knowledge of CBN regulations, NIBSS integration, and Nigeria’s financial services ecosystem.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Exposure to AI/ML, cloud technologies, or data engineering projects.
- Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Lagos State, Nigeria, with the role aligning to local market needs.
- Compensation: NGN 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 monthly (net).
