Role responsibilities
- Client Relationship Leadership-Liaison with offshore and onshore Leadership and executives.
- Act as the strategic front face for retail and luxury retail clients, building trusted advisory relationships with Client directors and C-suite, in collaboration with onsite and offshore leadership.
- Lead transformation discovery, executive workshops, value-assessment sessions and future-state visioning across commerce, stores, customer experience, data and operations.
- Translate complex technology choices into clear business decisions, helping clients understand what to prioritize, why it matters and how value will be realized.
- Transformation roadmaps and investment cases that position Valtech as a consultative retail transformation partner.
- Retail and Luxury Domain Strategy- Liaison with offshore and onshore Leadership and executives.
- Advise clients on omnichannel retail, unified commerce, store-of-the-future, boutique operations, assisted selling, clienteling, loyalty, personalization and order orchestration etc.
- Bring luxury-specific advisory depth across VIP journeys, private clienteling, appointment shopping, concierge service, brand storytelling, premium returns, controlled distribution and white-glove fulfilment.
- Assess current-state operating models and define future-state capabilities across POS, OMS, PIM/DAM, ERP, CRM, CDP, loyalty, inventory visibility, etc.
- Identify friction points across the customer journey - discovery, purchase, fulfilment, service, returns and loyalty - and recommend business and technology interventions.
