About the Role MTSI is seeking a Technology Capabilities Subject Matter Expert (Cyber) to support cyber technology initiatives in the Alexandria, VA area. The role provides technical guidance on cybersecurity capabilities and works with program teams to translate requirements into practical solutions. What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise on cyber security technologies and capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support technical assessments, gap analyses, and development of cyber capabilities across programs.
- Participate in technical reviews, proposals, and customer briefings. What We're Looking For
- Experience in cyber security, systems engineering, or defense-focused cyber programs.
- Knowledge of cyber operations, network security, risk management, and compliance concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
