What You'll Do
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop the roadmap of capabilities the organization needs to succeed.
- Balance and shape business processes with technology development, and lend your strategic eye to how products are approached.
- Interpret standards and plan end-to-end solutions with a cohesive ecosystem that aligns with Gap's technical standards.
- Solve problems and create tools that drive business outcomes using a DevOps mindset (across engineering, operations, and product teams).
- Protect customers and the organization by incorporating security-first thinking and governance into product development.
- Collaborate across product management, architecture, security, program management, and employee enablement to deliver impactful initiatives.
