About the Role Technologist, Quality Assurance is a role within Bombardier's Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) organization focused on upholding the highest quality standards in aerospace design, build, and maintenance. The position contributes to Bombardier's commitment to excellence and employee growth, helping teams deliver superior experiences and products. What You'll Do
- Support quality assurance activities across aerospace programs in the B.A.M. organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QA processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in inspection, testing, and validation activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Help maintain documentation, QA metrics, and risk assessments to drive product quality. What We're Looking For
- Interest in quality assurance and continuous improvement within an aerospace environment.
- Ability to work in a team, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to Bombardier's quality objectives. Nice to Have
- Prior QA experience in aerospace or manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of QA standards and regulatory requirements is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
