Job title: Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d) – Gebäudetechnik
In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für Prüfung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen und Systemen im regulierten Umfeld (GxP) am Standort Mainz. Sie koordinieren Fremdfirmen hinsichtlich Auftragsumfang, Vergabe, Abwicklung und Abnahme bzw. Inbetriebnahme nach Instandhaltung. Zudem begleiten Sie Sachverständigenprüfungen, unterstützen bei der Einhaltung von GxP-Compliance und arbeiten an Abweichungen, CAPAs und Changes mit. Des Weiteren helfen Sie bei der Behebung kritischer Störfälle, die den Herstellungs- und Laborbetrieb oder die Gebäudesicherheit betreffen, und unterstützen bei Planung, Absprache und technischer Beaufsichtigung von kritischen Wartungsmaßnahmen, z.B. während Shutdowns.
