Job title: Technik/Techniczka mechaniki
BorgWarner seeks a mechanical technician to ensure readiness and proper operation of laboratory stations and equipment in the validation lab. The role includes basic maintenance, assisting with test-station assembly and modification, and supporting test execution in collaboration with other teams to ensure accurate and safe testing.
What You'll Do
- Ensure readiness of positions, machines and devices in the validation laboratory
- Perform simple maintenance and adjustment of laboratory equipment
- Assist in assembling, building and modifying test stations
- Operate validation devices and oversee tests to ensure correct test flow
- Collaborate with other departments
- Report faults and support corrective and preventive actions
- Order parts, materials and services required for lab work
- Collect basic data on the usage of stations and equipment
- Maintain order, test documentation and safety in the lab
What We're Looking For
- Technical education (electricity, electronics, mechanics or mechatronics)
- Ability to operate basic measuring devices
- Reading technical documentation and performing simple cabling
- Good organization and communication with others
