Job title: Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) - Fertigungsplanung Elektronikfertigung
You will provide technical and organizational support for manufacturing projects in electronics manufacturing. You will plan production with existing machines, create manufacturing plans and document assembly steps. You will determine standard times and contribute to internal offers, calculations and quantities, and collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability. Independently you will optimize assembly processes with regard to quality, deadlines and costs, and actively contribute with continuous improvement proposals.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and organizational support for electronics manufacturing projects
- Plan production with existing machines, create manufacturing plans, and document assembly steps
- Determine standard times and assist in internal offers, cost calculations and quantity frameworks
- Maintain close communication with Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability
- Independently optimize assembly processes with regard to quality, schedules and costs; actively contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
What We're Looking For
- Completed Ausbildung as Techniker (m/w/d) or Meister (m/w/d) in a technical field
- Several years of experience in electronics manufacturing or electronics assembly
- Team player, flexible, and strong sense of responsibility
- Ideally SAP knowledge and REFA or MTM basic training
- Business/operational knowledge and good technical English
