About the Role As a Technik Ekspert Utrzymania Ruchu - Automatyk (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to work with an energetic mission-driven team during a transitional period as Solventum integrates Purification & Filtration with Thermo Fisher Scientific. You will contribute to maintaining and improving production machines within automation and electrical domains.

What You'll Do

• Lead inspections and repairs of machines; implement improvements; identify and address weak points; gain experience daily.
• Monitor machine status and proper operation of production equipment in the automation and electrical scope; perform maintenance, servicing, adjustments, inspections, and repairs.
• Define and implement improvements; instruct operators on proper operation; report tasks per the company systems.
• Work within a 3-shift schedule, including weekends, on-site in Wrocław.

What We're Looking For

• Technical education (vocational or secondary) with a technical profile; automation/mechatronics/electrical preferred.
• Basic ability to read technical documentation.
• Additional qualifications: SEP licenses up to 1 kV or 20 kV; basic knowledge of PLCs, PanelView, inverters; English for working with technical docs.
• Strong problem-solving drive, organization, independence; basic mechanical knowledge; diagnostic/repair skills in automation, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience as Maintenance Technician or related role performing repairs or overhauls.
• Willingness to work on-site in Wrocław, ul. Kwidzyńska 6, 51-416.
