About the Role

Join Accelleron’s team of turbocharging experts in an international environment. As Technicien/ne d'intervention, you provide on-site and workshop technical support for repair, maintenance and installation of turbocompressors and components, delivering high-quality service. Reporting to the workshop manager, your practical experience and understanding of customer needs will help you build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Dismantle and assemble turbocompressors during maintenance, repair and installation in workshop or on client site, following work instructions and our quality standards.
  • Use metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, comparators, etc.).
  • Clean turbocompressor and components in line with standards, while preserving equipment.
  • Read or understand work instructions in English and assembly drawings; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Lead a small team of technicians, mechanics, assemblers or assistants to coordinate on-site interventions; ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Possess basic knowledge of turbocompressors and engine operation, our product range and repair techniques; diagnose, troubleshoot and provide information for investigation or inspection reports to help clients improve efficiency and performance.
  • Take charge of a turbocompressor and components within service, evaluate required work and recommend parts to replace.
  • Maintain and calibrate tools, lifting equipment, measurement and safety equipment; keep workshop and machines clean and in good condition.
  • Continuously update knowledge on new products, processes and best practices to uphold our standard of excellence.
  • Ensure quality documentation (post-service component presentation, final inspection report).

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical work as a technician or mechanic on diesel applications or rotating equipment.
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in maintenance and metrology (taking measurements).
  • Willingness to travel to national and international sites.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong oral and written communication skills; ability to draft technical reports.
  • Bac Professionnel or apprenticeship diploma in maintenance or mechanical field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary + annual bonus.

  • CSE: 200 to 300 €/year for social, cultural and sport activities (reimbursed against receipts).
  • Health insurance and provident plan: individual or family coverage with employee contribution.
  • RTT: 12 days.
  • Paid annual leave: 25 days.
  • Metallurgy industry collective agreement as of Feb 7, 2022.
